Handmade Warmth for Every Life Event

Your quilt becomes a hug the moment it leaves your hands. When you donate a quilt to The Mountain Hug Project, you’re giving warmth, dignity, and comfort to a newborn, child, senior, or veteran facing a difficult moment. Your creativity doesn’t sit on a shelf ... it’s used, loved, and needed right here in the Estes Valley. By sharing your craft, you join a community of makers who believe no one should face hardship without something soft, warm, and handmade to hold onto. Your stitches matter, and they make someone feel seen, valued, and not forgotten.

All donated quilts are paired with local Estes Valley agencies and community partners, ensuring your hugs go directly to the people who need them most.
